Service Status
Why this page is a list of links and not a dashboard
A status page served from the same infrastructure it reports on tells you everything is fine right up until the moment it stops loading — and that is the moment you came to check. We would rather send you to sources that stay up when we do not. Each provider below publishes its own status independently of us.
Where to look, by symptom
| Provider | What it runs | What you would notice | Status page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Netlify | Hosts the website and the serverless functions behind checkout, email, and analytics | The site does not load at all, or checkout fails to start | netlifystatus.com |
| Supabase | Database, sign-in, file storage, and real-time updates | You can reach the site but cannot sign in, or dashboards load empty | status.supabase.com |
| Stripe | Subscription billing, checkout, and the billing portal | Checkout or the billing portal will not open; the rest of the product is fine | status.stripe.com |
| Twilio | Text messages to staff | Schedule alerts and notifications are not arriving by text | status.twilio.com |
| Resend | Invitations, verification codes, and other transactional email | An invitation or password email has not arrived | resend-status.com |
| Anthropic | The AI Advisor | The advisor times out or returns an error; nothing else is affected | status.anthropic.com |
Telling us
If something is broken and the pages above all look healthy, the problem is probably ours. Email support@thedasboard.com or call (650) 663-2323. Include what you were doing and roughly when, and we can usually find it in the error log within minutes. We aim to reply within one business day, and considerably faster than that when something is actually down.
If it is a security issue rather than an outage, use the disclosure process instead — it goes to a different address and gets a different response.
What we do and do not promise
We do not offer a contractual uptime commitment or a credit-backed service level agreement, and no availability figure anywhere on this website is a warranty. Section 5 of the Subscription Agreement and Section 9 of the Terms say the same, and until August 2026 our pricing pages said something different — a "99.9% uptime target" that no agreement backed. That copy is gone.
What is actually true about how we operate the service:
- Errors are captured and reported automatically, and we look at them rather than waiting to be told
- Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical; emergency maintenance to address a security issue may happen without notice
- We are an early-stage company. Our reliability record is short, and we would rather you knew that than infer a maturity from a number on a page
When the customer base warrants an independently hosted status page with real uptime history, we will publish one and link it here. We are not going to publish a green tick generated by the server it is reporting on.
