Why I Created The DAS Board – Dan Salt, CEO and Founder
With over 27 years of experience in the automotive dealership industry, I've seen firsthand the challenges managers face in balancing their roles as leaders and performers. As a seasoned professional, I founded The DAS Board to address a critical gap I observed: while Sales Managers excel at selling cars, they often struggle to effectively manage their sales teams.
